Responsible AI Principles
Last updated: July 2026
At entrePAIRneur, we believe artificial intelligence is a powerful tool when used thoughtfully, transparently, and in service of real human outcomes. This document describes how we think about AI and how we apply it in our work with clients.
Our Principles
Human oversight always
Every insight, recommendation, or output touched by AI tools in our work is reviewed, interpreted, and validated by an experienced human practitioner before it reaches a client. We do not use AI to replace judgment. We use it to sharpen it.
Transparency about use
We are open with clients about when and how AI tools inform our work. If an AI-assisted analysis, tool, or summary is part of a deliverable, we say so. We do not obscure the role technology plays in our process.
No hallucinations or fabrication
We actively work to prevent the unchecked use of generative AI in research, client communications, or recommendations. All factual claims are verified independently. We hold ourselves to the same standards of accuracy whether a human or a tool drafted the initial content.
Client data is not training data
Information shared with us by clients is never used to train AI models, fed into public platforms in identifiable form, or shared in ways clients have not explicitly consented to. We treat client data with the same care whether it passes through human hands or digital tools.
Bias awareness
We recognise that AI systems can reflect and amplify biases present in their training data. We approach AI-generated outputs critically, particularly when they inform decisions about people, markets, or strategy. We do not rely on AI to make assessments about individuals.
Purposeful, not performative
We evaluate AI tools based on whether they genuinely improve client outcomes, not because they are novel or impressive. We prefer tools that are reliable and explainable over those that are flashy but opaque.
How We Help Clients Think About AI
Many of our clients are navigating decisions about how to incorporate AI into their own organisations. Our approach is pragmatic and grounded. We help clients evaluate where AI can genuinely improve productivity, quality, or insight, and where it introduces risk or complexity that outweighs the benefit. We do not advocate for AI adoption for its own sake.
Evolving Standards
The AI landscape is moving quickly, and so are the ethical, legal, and practical questions surrounding it. We are committed to staying current, updating our practices as the field evolves, and sharing relevant insights with clients when appropriate.
